What a subscription may cover

Some frame services offer paid plans for extra features or storage. What a plan covers, and what works without one, is in the maker's terms. We do not quote plans or prices.

Before a free trial

The FTC advises finding the terms: what you are agreeing to, how long the trial lasts, and how and when to cancel. Watch for pre-checked boxes.

Auto-renewals

The FTC says to read renewal notices and check that the cost is what you expected.

If you cannot cancel

The FTC says to follow the company's cancellation steps, keep records, and dispute charges you did not authorize with your card company.
